Marketplace role
PropSpy helps people discover and compare properties and helps owners submit listings. PropSpy is not a party to a sale, lease, brokerage agreement or payment between marketplace participants.
Owner responsibilities
Owners must submit accurate, current information, use photos they have permission to publish, and disclose material facts. Submissions may be reviewed, rejected, paused or removed when information cannot be verified or appears misleading.
Property checks
Verification levels and trust signals are informational. They do not certify title, approvals, condition or legal compliance. Always arrange independent legal, technical and financial checks before transacting.
Price and AI insights
Comparable ranges and AI explanations are decision support only. They are not regulated valuations, financial advice or legal advice, and may change as available information changes.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or discriminatory content, misuse contact details, or attempt to interfere with the platform.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, PropSpy is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on a listing or third-party conduct.
