Information we collect
We collect account details, contact information, property descriptions, prices, addresses and photos you submit. We also process saved preferences and basic service activity needed to operate and secure PropSpy.
How we use it
We use information to operate accounts, review and publish listings, respond to enquiries, improve search and value insights, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Public listing information
After approval, property details, approximate location, price and selected photos may be visible publicly. Direct owner contact details are not displayed on public cards unless the owner explicitly chooses a public contact feature.
Storage and access
Account and unpublished listing information is access-controlled. Owner photos are held privately and delivered through time-limited links when an approved listing is viewed.
Retention and choices
We retain information while it is needed for the marketplace, safety and legal requirements. You may ask to correct or remove your information through the contact page, subject to applicable obligations.
