What we're building
PropSpy is an AI-first real estate platform for India — covering buying, renting, selling, investing and everything in between. Not another directory competing on listing count, but an advisor that does the research a careful buyer would do if they had a month of free time and a network of local contacts.
We're starting in Ahmedabad. One city, deep coverage, verified inventory and real liquidity before we expand. A thin national footprint helps nobody.
Where we can't be certain, we say so. Valuation is decision support, not regulated financial advice. Document analysis is a head start, not a substitute for your lawyer.
